The other natural force is fire! This is us driving thru a "shortcut" forest road. The stuff is ash, not snow.

I was worried about the Mustang's filter and engine - but it held like a champ.

The California valley can get really hot and dry in the long summer.

My hands and ears are always cold in winter and hence I have taken to covering at least my ears with beanies or bands.
